Our resort has implemented additional procedures to help protect the safety of our guests and team members. In accordance with the Government’s safety guidelines, certain services and amenities may be temporarily unavailable. The pool will open on June 8th. The Clubhouse, bistro, spa & hottub are still closed.

Bel Air Tremblant Resort & Residences is fully available to assist you from June 1st.

We implement the actions listed below to ensure you a stay by minimizing all risks.

  • You can complete your own check-in with no contact
  • The units are thoroughly cleaned with anti-viral and antibacterial products and disinfected with the help of UV lights.
  • The cleaning staff wear mask and gloves to clean the units.
  • HEPA filters are installed in the ventilation system of the units in order to eliminate a maximum of airborne particles.
  • The units are vacant for 24 hours prior to your arrival.
  • For your safety and that of employees, access to the Clubhouse, the spa, bistro & hottub are prohibited at this time.
  • The Clubhouse pool will reopen on June 8, 2020.
